Summary of Juror Ms. Sheryl Oring:

Settled in Brooklyn, New York, Ms. Sheryl Oring is a journalist, an artist, and a writer. During the 2003 U.S. Presidential campaign, Sheryl launched a project called "I wish to Say…" Armed with an old typewriter and a table, Sheryl descended on the streets of the major cities of the United States, inviting passers-by to share with her their mind and to allow her type up postcards to send their words to President Bush, with the cards and the stamps she provided. The project aroused widespread echoes, attracting long lines of people, man or woman, adult or child. Even ABC TV News channel covered the story. These postcards were later collected to put into publication.

Sheryl is scheduled to attend the opening reception of "Translations" in which she is to interact on site with audience on the "I Wish to Say …" project.
