The series "Muse" is Professor Lee's latest works of painting since his devoting to photography for half a year. In Professor Lee's own words, while putting aside his brushes to hold a camera in his hand, he learns to grasp the light and shade from monochrome photography and to seize the moment from color photography. As a reflection of all these experiences, piece after piece of works of subtle shade and vivid dimensions were created on canvas to make the "Muse" series. Besides the encouraging and enlightening core value underneath all his artworks, the "Muse" series further conveyed the idea that all things and all people in our daily life, be it friends, resting, waiting for others, playing, desert, moon mirrored in the water, can be as inspiring as Goddess Muse herself. |
